Contest is open to legal residents of the USA who are at least 21 years of age. Must provide valid e-mail to win. Winner will be notified by e-mail only. No employee of Barney’s or immediate family members are permitted to win (spouse, child, brother, sister and/or Parent). Neither Sponsors nor any agents, affiliates directors, managers, owners or employees of Barney’s shall be liable for damages, or injury caused by any act or omissions by any of them, any performance error, theft, or destruction, injury or damage from the use and operation of a motorized vehicle. The winner of this contest assumes all risks of injury or damage while operating the vehicle. The scooter is provided “as is” and Barney’s does not represent any warranty expressed or implied unless offered directly from the manufacturer or dealer. Winner is responsible for paying sales tax, title fees, registration fees and income taxes for the purchase price of the scooter. Barney’s reserves the right to award the prize as they deem fit. They reserve the right to change the rules and date of the  give away at any time and for any reason. A photo ID is required for any finalist selected. If there are more than 2 people with the same name and registration and/or registration doesn’t have additional identifying information, registration will be invalidated.
